FINANCIAL AGREEMENT
This agreement is to inform you of your financial obligation to our service. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality testing service using only the best methods, materials and technologies available in the market today. We are also committed to providing you with up-to-date information and educational tools to aid you in maintaining optimum health of your vineyards. This financial agreement is intended to facilitate our ability to provide excellent service to you while minimizing our administrative costs.
By submitting samples to Agri-Analysis, whether via commercial carriers, US Postal Service, drop-off in person or picked up by our staff, you agree to pay all invoices on or before the due date. As a courtesy, we do not ask for advance payment at the time when samples are submitted. We will process and test all of your samples upon their receipt at the lab according to your instructions provided on the Sample Submission Form. As soon testing is complete, we will report the results to you generally by email. Invoices are typically sent out via QuickBook Online a few days after completion. All invoices will have a 30-day payment term. We accept checks and ACH online. We also accept credit cards with a nominal fee.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right of assessing an interest of 12% per annum on all balances not paid after 30 days from the invoice due date. Unpaid balances are also subject to a 5% late fee. Returned checks are subject to a service charge.
Additionally, in the rare event where an invoice(s) has to go for collection, you agree to pay all costs and expenses including, but not limited to, collection service fees, court filing fees, attorneys’ fees and other costs of any kind and nature incurred by AGRI-ANALYSIS in connection with the collection, enforcement of our rights to payment, and under this Agreement and any other agreements, including, but not limited to, those costs and expenses and attorneys’ fees for trial or defense of any litigation, appellate, bankruptcy or insolvency proceedings.
